GladeCore Acceptable Use Policy

1. No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use

You may not use GladeCore to:

• Engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
• Create, distribute, or promote content that exploits or harms children, involves non-consensual sexual material, or encourages violence or discrimination.
• Disseminate malware, spyware, or other harmful code.

2. Intellectual Property and Rights of Others

You may not use GladeCore to:

• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices in the Software.
• Train competing models using outputs from GladeCore in violation of licensing terms.

3. Security Violations

You may not use GladeCore to:

• Attempt to access or interfere with systems, networks, or devices without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems or networks.
• Circumvent security, licensing, or usage restrictions built into GladeCore.

4. Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Use GladeCore in ways that disrupt or overload systems or networks.
• Misuse optional integrations (e.g., speech or TTS services) in violation of their respective terms.
• Deploy GladeCore in applications designed for surveillance, harassment, or exploitation of individuals.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to:

• Investigate violations of this Policy.
• Suspend or terminate your license to GladeCore if you breach this Policy.
• Report unlawful activity to law enforcement or other authorities.
